Art & design T.O.S

Art T.O.S
- I will not begin working on a piece before receiving payment in full
- I will not draw in any other art styles that are not my own
- You must be able to provide a detailed reference image of your character
- I have the right decline any commission for any reason
- You may repost your commission with proper credit
- It is my responsibility to send you WIPs of your commission
- If a correction is needed, or you want something changed, don't hesitate to tell me! I'll be happy to fix/change anything
- You may not edit over my work, if you want something changed tell me
- You DO NOT have the right to mint/sell my work of your commission for NFTs
-You must provide a clear reference, I can not draw your character based on a description unless I am making a custom for you.What I can/can not drawI can draw:
- Anthro and Feral characters
- Blood/Gore (regular gore, pastel, candy, etc)
-Scenes and backgrounds
I will not draw:
- NSFW
- Fan art (as a commission)
- Anything discriminatory (Homophobic, transphobic, ableist, racist, sexist, etc.)
- Fetishes of any kind
- Humans
Anything not listed here, feel free to ask me about what you would like to commission!Designs T.O.S
- You can resell them for what you paid unless the characters worth has increased (Commissioned art, fursuits made, etc)
- You may trade or gift the design
- You may change things like gender, species, etc
- You may make small changes from the original design, but do not make it unrecognizable from the original
- If you buy a design of mine that is feral, you may make them anthro!(and vice versa)
- You may not make copies of the design
- If you are offering art, it must be completed within a month
- If I find out you are commissioning illegal content, such as zoo/feral nsfw, with my designs you will be permanently black listed.
- You may commission any kind of art, as long as its not illegal content, of my designs
- You do not have the right mint/sell my designs for NFTs
-I will be slightly picky when taking art offers on designs depending on how much I believe the design is worth, so please keep this in mind when offering on designs.Payment
-I only accept USD
- Payment is through either PayPal or cashapp, I only accept USD
- Payment is required upfront, I will not start work on anything before receiving full payment
-I am happy to issue a refund if I have not completed lining the commission. If you would like a refund past that point, before the art is completed, I can issue a half refund !
